I know you have heard people say that knowledge is power but I want to let you know that just having a knowledge of something doesn’t mean that you are working in or will work in the reality of that knowledge. So I will say that knowledge on his own is not power but the application of that knowledge is the actual power. Knowledge on it own will not attract money unless it is organised and intelligently directed through practical plans of action to the definite end of accumulation of money through rendering services that sort a particular problem. I also love to say that Knowledge is only potential power. It becomes power only when, and if, it is organised into definite plans of action and directed to a definite end. The ‘missing link’ is how to organise and use knowledge after you acquire it. Education is derived from the Latin word ‘educo’ meaning to educe, to draw out, to develop from within. Before you can be sure of your ability to transmute desire into its monetary equivalent, you will require specialised knowledge of the service, merchandise or profession you intend to offer in return for fortune either through personal observation or experience, I would also want you to know that by experience I don’t mean your own experience because it is only fools that wait to make the same mistakes others have made and wait to learn from that experience which most time they don’t usually do. So the best act of knowledge you can get is learning from people experience and what is that if not mentor-ship. In your journey of acquiring skills that can generate fortune I would advise you pay serious attention to mentor-ship, just the simple act of copying what others have done and learning how they went about it will help in a long way to reduce the stress of beginning or starting a fresh, here is the word of Einstein, everyone steals in business, but I know how to steal better. Sir Isaac Newton also said that he become what he become by climbing the ladders of others and what other better way to acquire special knowledge by climbing the ladders of other people even in the accumulation of wealth.
The accumulation of great fortunes calls for power, and power is acquired through highly organised and intelligently directed specialised knowledge, like I said and am saying again that knowledge does not necessarily have to be in the possession of the person who accumulates the fortune. Michael Jordan’s determination is a lesson to all of us that if we are determined to achieve our goals, neither our age nor the scepticism of others can deter us. But determination is only the first step. It must be followed by hard work, a regime of physical and mental exercise and whatever it takes to bring us to peak performance. Hill also proclaims that there are two types of knowledge which he stated as General knowledge, which is definitely more popular, especially among university professors. It is, though, not very useful for the accumulation of wealth (that’s why professors, in most cases, are very intelligent yet broke).I know that might sound a little bit harsh but the truth is general knowledge is way overrated, Hill himself also proclaim that there’s no such thing as “Knowledge is power”. Rather, he calls it potential power. It becomes actual power only when intelligently directed through specific plans of action and a well-defined purpose tie with resilience.
On the other hand specialised knowledge is the necessary factor for success. If you’re not specialised about the products or services you sell, chances are you’re never going to be wealthy or successful (or even happy?) in any endeavour, what I mean by specialised is that you got to know the hooks and cranes of whatever you are engage in. This type of knowledge can be acquired very easily through different sources: not only schools and universities, but also libraries, specialisation courses, online materials; online courses and webinar well that is what I do very well if you take a look at our platform you get free webinars and acquired specialised knowledge sometimes free of charge, even some form of cooperation with others represents a higher form of knowledge. Tell me I will forget, teach me I might remember but involve me and I will learn, so special knowledge can best be obtain through getting involved and it doesn’t necessarily mean it must be through direct contact.
