YOUR 6 AND MY 9
No I disagree with you, this is number 6 can’t you see it or didn’t you go to school ni? Daniel told his friend in a heated argument about the number drawn on the floor.
I beg to disagree,I’m very sure this is number 9 I can see clearly without spectacles and I’m a graduate from the prestigious University of Benin so I can confidently say this is number 9. Caleb replied him.
It became a serious issue when the both of them couldn’t agree on a particular number so Daniel suggested they switch places to see if they will have the same number they’re both saying. To which Caleb agreed to,when they switched places.
“I told you it’s number’…..
They both became speechless because they saw different number but same drawing from both sides.
This analogy portrays the importance of respecting the different perspectives of people in your daily discourse and journey through life, everyone has different mannerism of viewing things and it doesn’t have to be just the way you want it to be.If yours is better to you, then sure nobody’s holding you back from believing in it.You are entitled to your opinion and so are they, you don’t have to go about imposing your own ideas, beliefs, values, and views on others.
Every man irrespective of race, religion, tribe has a right to be heard on his own opinion, that doesn’t dispute the fact that you shouldn’t voice out your own candid opinion on matters if need be but in so doing do not make it compulsorily important for others to agree with you.
Your 9 might be someone’s else 6 and someone’s else 6 might be your 9.
Life is a Beautiful Complication with a Cunning Twist.Be Open minded and bear in mind that you’re not an island of yourself.
You don’t have to agree with the opinion of others but respect it!
